Synthetic Media
Project Concept
For our synthetic media project, we want to make a short video using a range of existing media and synthetic media to create a cohesive humorous narrative on reincarnation or multiverse.
A major inspiration for our concept is the conversions between two rocks in the movie Everything Everywhere All At Once. The concept is to create a meaningless conversation between two characters via different footage and synthetic images that we created with the tools mentioned in class. We will attempt to use deep fake and face-swap two faces (potentially our own) across all the materials we used. The media we will use will be from different time periods as well as styles, it could be image text, or video.
